This time together will be an exploration of who we are in relationship to the infinite universe through movements, meditations, and group experiences. If it is the unconditional love, the holy, the energy of creation that is the ultimate healing power, how do we open and receive more of this profound medicine? Simple Qigong movements that you can continue to practice on your own will be shared.
