Let your reciprocity be a conscious activation, deliberate and timely (as practice, as homework). It might look like a gift to a non-profit organization, it might look like paying for another person’s Qigong class, it might look like hiring a babysitter so you can attend class more regularly. It may be teaching someone else what you learned. Some action that you could tell me about in our online chat. Keep track of your reciprocity “payments” in your practice journal.
